- The reason you see a TOO in your printout is because your decoder missed the SHIFT character which tells it to start printing numbers. TOO is 599, unshifted. This can easily happen in bad conditions

- I just tried it and I had no problem typing a / into the Call or Country field in the RTTY RU log (but not into the QTH field, of course). WriteLog 11.23L running in Windows 10, build 10586.36. Hope
