This is what I use on my FTDX5000: I have the Port (Com 3) itself set to 38400 Baud and 8N2. Note: 8N2 not 8N1. Set port speed on rig to 38,400. CAT RTS (Menu 34 is Enabled) CAT TOT (Menu 33 is 10ms)
