When you start, go to 'Export' to create the .ini file. Ver 12 does not remember the Windows setting (which windows to open and position/size) but it still can be very helpful if you are re-building

Thanks Marsh, strangely enough, I have been exporting WL to ADIF and uploading to LoTW since the beginning of LoTW and worked till WPX RTTY a few weeks ago. More strange, even '0 QSO was valid' per L
