Yes, I had to hit TAB twice before it showed a DUPE. I had to depend on the CHECK PARTIAL window to show a dupe. I was using CTWin 10.02.008. It did not show my MULTS. It thought I was in CA instead

I can confirm the same thing happened to me when I tried DT8A=VP8/H. At that point I took a break and went into the CTY file and added DT8A to the VP8/h listing with a text editor. TO9A=FM worked fin

I agree but don't enter TEST.BIN, just TEST. Ct adds the extension .BIN when it opens the file. Don't make it too long. There is a limit of how many characters you can use in your file. For example,
