Bob, I asked about this a while ago and Wayne replied that the "n" is actually the number of fields as shown in the LOGGING screen instead of the ENTRY window, as stated in the docs. I can't remember

I thought I would check out my 706MkIIG too. Same thing. However, it does work by selecting Omni VI and setting the Icom address to 04H. Probably will work with other rig selections too. I also check
