While I don't have a small lot, all my antennas are on one tower (402CD @ 86 ft, TH7s @ 76, 40 & 25 ft, 80m slopers and 160 inv vee). The upper 2 TH7s are phased and the bottom one is used for radio

Barry, what happens when your radio 1 is on 80 m and radio 2 - on 160 m? I found it pretty impossible to operate like that from my place even with 100 watts and bandpass filters. Antennas are too clo

I'd start SO2R right away. I think most SO2R ops would tell you it takes a while to get good at it. I think you'll find it easier to do your first SO2R entries from a modest station in contests like
