The only thing I can think of off the top of my head is possibly the little Yaesu QRP transceiver that will also take batteries. IIRC it will receive all modes from the BC band up through the 440 ban

The little Grundig G5 is good for that. Does am/fm/sw and has dsb with a bfo, so its not real good for ssb unless the band is fairly wide open, though it does have a 'narrow' filter setting. There ar

I live out in the country so do not face the common QRM of close-in neighborhoods. It has always occurred to me that a BIG amp and a directional antenna might simplify the tracking of QRM sources. RF
