Hi all Please, please, if I call you, work me because you are not in my log. I don't know if it was because I busted your call, or because you thought it was me you were working, but wasn't, or what.

Tom I've been inactive and I don't know all I wish I did about N1MM or WriteLog. But you can set AUTO DUPE ENABLE FALSE and log a zero pointer in TR. Can something like that be done with N1MM and Wri

Hi Mike Yes, there is a feature in N1MM Logger, 'work dupes', that just lets you go ahead and work the dupes. It just doesn't make any sense to hold up everything to try and look up when the Q was su

Tom, I agree with you and almost always do the same - just work dupe and save time for both. Except yesterday, during SCC RTTY. Several times I was called by "dupe" station. OK, I was answering, from

I'd like to emphasize Tom's point about always work dupes that call you and don't even question it. You are not penalized and it is much faster than trying to sort it out. I'm responding to this thre

Tom, As many times as I've posted about this on 3830 and in this reflector, I would like to pose the question why this is even an issue? I don't use TR or N1MM, but if this is true, then why do thes

If a contest organizer solicits entries in a Cabrillo format, there should be no penalty for working dupes - period! Cabrillo log formats are part of a larger 'package deal' that includes re-scoring

TR-Log is seldom used in RTTY contests, but it is common in CW and my preferred CW logger. TR-Log can be configured to automatically work dupes or to inhibit transmission when you try to work a dupe

This absolutely makes sense. Being a Writelog user, I don't have the luxury of a fully functioning Enter Sends QRZ/Exchange with automatic changeover from S&P and Run. :( I'm used to entering the ca

N1MM in the mmtty decode window has a user configurable color for dupes, not worked and new multi's. Makes it real easy to tune and see if you worked without having to take your hand off VFO. _______
