I just have the little standard equiptment hand mike, but I am gettining good reports. I adjusted it too hot at first. It is easy to adjust. I did just like the book says-- "red light on peaks".. If

Where do you have the mic gain set at? It is easy to over drive the rig. As the book says, the ALC light should flicker, not stay on. Work with a friend across town and play with the mic adjustments.
