- I read somewhere that the signal comes from the German national weather service, DWD, and it looks like FSK on the scope, but with MMTTY I am unable to decode it. And yes, the amateur service is seco

- Although I don't know what that signal is, I'm sure it is a commercial operation. As you know, there are rtty and other stations at various parts of the band which also appear to be either commercial
