Pretty sure, unless there's something you failed to mention, that all you really need to do is crack it open and replace the seal(s). While you are at it, detail clean/flush the interior and get all

Jeff The issues may have been caused by two fold 1. Seals could have became non pliable, cracked, or the outer portion of seal breached Replace seal 2. There was trash on gear box when draining Then
