I had planned on using 1/2 thimbles to couple 5/16 EHS to 5/16 EHS (pieces I have from a purchase) ... as well as at their ends of course ... and the same for coupling from the 11200 philly to the 5/

You'll be fine with thimble to thimble. Rich - N5ZC and the same for coupling from the 11200 philly to the 5/16 using the same 1/2 thimbles... is this a possible issue? Do I need to use insulators in
