Yep I got the same thing from Yeasu and posted the link on this reflector. For some reason I think this may be a Japanese only Rig. Thats my guess. Let me know if anyone hears otherwise. 73s de John

That i have heard is that the FT-2000 will replace the FT-1000 line. Yeasu will also stop to produce new FT-1000 after october/november and in spring 2006 the FT-2000 will be released. 73's de SM7YGZ
