Although it does not solve problems everywhere, I do not know why is so hard for Stateside and Canada not to call CQ in the 30-35 window. It is great to have one place on the band where the DX is not

I agree completely with the last statement. Contrary to what many Americans seem to think, the FCC has no authority outside the US. If the DX window is by 'Gentleman's Agreement', I will observe it!

I don't like to get into this kind of discussion, but this one is getting to me. I personally don't see a need for a dx window with the dx cluster spotting . I think it has outlived it's usefulness .

Yes but no. Having a dedicated DX window in effect during a contest, especially on 160, is a good thing. Imagine trying to pull out those weak EU sigs while domestic big guns are all around you; and
