VVA was +20 at five minutes before start so I knew the band was about to die and
it did. Heard LOTS of 20m activity very very faintly but I couldn't crash the
party! On 40 it felt like I was running QRP (maybe I was). The XYL called from
NY in Times Square so chatted with her for a few minutes before finally making
some progress on 80 and 160 in the final minutes. Hopefully back on track again
next week!
