I would think that ICE should batch test the Caps before unit assembly..
their reputation is on the line, besides their expense of
return/repair. Collins and Johnson had the Quality issue in mind way
way before ISO-9000 was conceived, and command some serious respect 30
years after the fact. Poor quality ain't worth messing with..
