[Amps] how to run the RF-1310 exciter in combination with any Amp

Hi,
Finally, finally found out how to run the Harris RF-1310 without it's 
associated RF-110a Amp.
It's fairly simple after all, requires no internal mods, just a spare 
DB-37 male connector, 2 R's and one C.
