Thanks for your thoughtful reply. So far, I have 220VAC on the power supply input socket, and all three of the fuses are ok. The two on the rear are ok and the fuse originally located down in the middle of the p.s. is ok. I do not know that this unit has "circuit breakers." If so, where are they located? I have not opened the units yet.
