Impossible to tell unless you hi pot it. With its age it may need a slow week 
long baking to drive out the moisture. I have a 1946 industrial xfmr with 6000 
and 7500V CT @ 1.5A CCS used in the AM station that I cooked from the inside 
out over 2 weeks as it had lived in an uninsulated shed for decades.
