Not to nit pick but 60wpm is 20.0ms/dit.

Letter spacing = 3 dits and word spacing = 7dits

P = 11 + 3
A = 5 + 3
R = 7 + 3
I = 3 + 3
S = 5 + 7

Total = 50 dit times
Therefore dit time = 1.2 / WPM
