Clarification....
My Clipperton-L only has a tap on the High Voltage secondary winding for
SSB/CW. (Lo/Hi voltage)
There are no primary taps, only two primary windings for 115v (Parallel) &
230V (Series).
The fan is across one of these 115v windings. It is a fixed speed with a
series 380 ohm/25W resistor to slow it down a bit.
