I think you guys should back off talking about Alpha. Many times words
sound stronger on a reflector then intended. Also the owner/part owner
most likely has invested his life savings and time into these ventures.
They can be bottomless pits for money and time. Things don't always go
right and hams can be cheap. Never satisfies, always complaining for the
small amount they pay for things compared to other industries. All
this can really work on someone trying hard to make a company prosper.
Everyone is human and makes mistakes too. We are not n his shoes. I
really believe we need to let the guy have a break and stop the
complaining. We will all be better off for it.
