I worked one guy yesterday (probably in S.A.) who wasn't signing his call.
I called him and he told me I was a dupe.  I asked him his call.  He said
again that I was a dupe, but did not tell me his call.  I think I finally
inferred from PacketCluster(tm) who it was, but still it wasn't good
operating practice.
