Hello All,
I must confess and clear my conscience! Abt 20 years ago when I was new
to contesting and new to HF as well, I tuned 20 meters looking for a
clear frequency during the 1980 IARU and found a clear spot at 14.230.
I was amazed and jumped on the freq. Had great runs to Europe all
weekend, never suspecting I was running afoul!
After I found out about SSTV, of course the frequency was always busy
after that.
Ignorance and Youth can be bliss!
