Did you notice? 19.3M multi-multi score of 9A1A was not in the final results.
Only trace I found is "The Distant Rule" story in the write-up of final
results? Is there a connection?

I made a quick research of European multi-single scores. Of course, there is
always a chance of typos, but it is interesting to see how much your final
score can be lower than your claimed score - without disqualification.

If you want to know how bad propagation was from Scandinavia during the CQWW
SSB,
you can peek OH1AF's CT statistics from:
http://www.qsl.net/oh1noa/cqssb98.htm

The only way is UP! (in the Alaska of Europe)
