Mark, if you have that level of confidence in the ARRL's survey results,
how about publicly disclosing the sample size, the questions asked, the
methodology used and the results obtained? A little transparency can't hurt.
As I've observed elsewhere, it takes a very clever survey to adequately
measure things like the intensity of interest or feelings on a given issue.
It's awfully easy to be mislead by binary yes/no data.
