Tree, how about moving the recommended frequencies for the sprint
down the band a little bit -- on all bands.  I realize that there is some
activity all of the way down to 7000 or at least close to that during the 
typical sprint contest, and that the move would leave some lower-than-
extra-class licensees out in the cold a bit, but the sprint might do well
with 14000-14035, 7000-7035, and 3500-3535 as the recommended 
frequencies as there would still be significant activity above 14025 
(etc.) for those without the extra license.  Remember that the extra
ticket is somewhat easier to obtain these days than it was when you
and I got our tickets...
