It doesn't work.  Windows doesn't see it as a sound card.

It'd be great if support could be added to MMTTY and MMSSTV for it,
but I don't know if that's practical.

But it's cool with Digipan and MixW for PSK and other modes.  And is a
reasonable backup for RTTY and SSTV.
