[CQ-Contest] 160m and Field Day

We're going to try for 160m Field day contacts in our
setup - both phone and CW. We'll likely have 1/4W GP
(depending on the wind) and maybe a sloper or L to
work with; we'll try for the hours you outlined,
however we'll also keep an ear out at 16.0 minutes
after the hour if/when we remember to do so :-)
