We could do a formal survey, but if we take the top 3 USA SOA in the 
last ARRL DX CW, W2UP uses WL, K3WW uses WL, and KI1G uses WL.  

My guess is more multis still use CT, primarily because of the cost 
of upgrading multiple computers, etc. to the modern era.  I know K4JA 
used WL.  Re networking, WL automatically writes any missed QSOs to 
computers that lost their network connection.  There's no merging 
logs, etc. required after the contest.
