I sent KB5PKW this message last night:

Please advise as to where a "DX window" is referenced in part 97 C.F.R.

If you're unclear as to what part 97 C.F.R is go to the FCC website,
www.fcc.gov for clarification.

Guess what, no answer.

I enjoy DXing too but when I ask whether a frequency is in use and nobody
answers I'm going to use that frequency.

This clown is too busy playing band cop to be a DXer.............

Mark, K9GX
