Easy.  Change hands.  Not to occupy space here, but privately I can speak to 
my experience how, after sending CW with my right hand (single lever paddle) 
for 25 years, I lost all coordination in my right thumb, and have been 
sending left hand (squeeze) for the last 25 years.
