Please note that it has been the longtime policy of the cq-contest mailing list 
not to be a place for announcements about planned contest DXpeditions or even 
the more local ones.    Once a couple of people post their "work me" messages, 
dozens more arrive.   Contests are about working what you hear.   The NG3K 
DXpedition list is a great place for announcements -->
