According to the primary reason for removing contest line-scores from QST was
the ability to repurpose $100,000 per year toward spectrum defense. It seems
to me that BPL on HF would be bad for the HF contesting community. Trading
on-air QRM for printed line scores seems like a reasonable trade-off.
