Hi Steve....after seeing this happen this year, I have modified the bandplan
in Win-Test to reject spots 3 khz from the edges of the applicable
bands....its just too tempting to go after the spots and not look at the
frequencies...so we just filter them out in the first place...de Rick NQ4I
