K0DXC to 2009 HST. I don´t know
exactly if ARRL can help him (I am
ARRL member from 1992), but anyway
he can try other ways to do that...
It´s fantastic to know about his age and
high possibility to be fine on that very
hard competition while I can´t go up
than 40 ppm any contest hi hi hi...
