The discussion regarding energy drinks and how they may or may not perform
for each person make me want to tell you about my perception of overall
health in the US, and to some extent, around the world. I have been alive
long enough to observe the fattening of America with my own eyes. I can only
see the effect, someone smarter can show you the cause.
IF you are interested in knowing what is going on, this video will provide
the medical and political background of what is going on. Warning, parts are
deep in medical terminology and explanation, but keep watching. And yes,
it's a long presentation but it reveals the root of the change that was made
about 40 years ago to create the epidemic we see today.
