In the Spanish language alphabet, the double ell (ll) is a separate letter 
pronounced as a "y".  The "a" is pronounced "ahhh" and the "i" is pronounced 
"eeee".

The word is spoken in its entirety as "kah-bree-yo".  The "r" is rolled on 
the tip of the tongue a bit for total proper annunciation.
