10 min Rule for RUN station
10 min rule for Mult station
Randy you change that to 10 QSY pro hour make true Single TX category......

This survey is unclear. The old (original) WPX multi-single rule required a
station to stay on a band for 10 minutes after a QSO was made. There was no
multiplier transmitter. Is that what they are asking for?
