Many of you have recommended them (and not for the first time).
KL7RA says "They plug into the $8 Syba SD-CM-UAUD USB Stereo Audio Adapter
to provide the correct DC for the mic which also provides an excellent
soundcard for the WinTest Digital Voice Keyer option."
But from the B and H Photo web site, it says:
*Note!* * Do not use phantom power. The maximum voltage is 15v which is
provided by the included bias adapter.*
So, do you need the Syba (or whatever) external box to get the DC, or does
the CM500 come with an adapter (and the Syba is just for those other
functions that Rich mentioned)?
