I think the leaders should have to send in recording because a consistent
rate of four-a-minute on phone is very dubious.

However, it should be against the rules for the operators to LISTEN to
their recordings in order to polish up their logs.  That is cheating and
against the real reason for contests--to polish operating skills AT THE
MOMENT A QSO HAPPENS, not later by replaying.  Recording and listening
later destroys the vital skill contesting supposedly builds.

Paraphrasing Paul Simon, "there must be 50 ways to cheat on contests" none
of which I even knew about until I joined a big contest club who taught
