The old N1MM Recorder would allow you to run through the log to any QSO and 
play it back as a simple function from within the N1MM Log ie select QSO call 
sign right click and play  - To set up (from greying memory) you only needed to 
tick a record QSO box... it was truly integrated

K3IT's free "qsorder" for N1MM & N1MM+ uses small .mp3 files & has worked well 
for many ops:
