[CQ-Contest] Allowing self-spotting

I don't operate "assisted" and have never made a spot. In last year's Florida 
QSO Party, after a few mostly unproductive CQs on 15 Meters, I did something 
I've never done before -- I asked someone who called in if he would spot me. He 
replied "Done." A flurry of callers resulted. Good!

Gee, was that "self spotting?"
