That's correct. Each copy of MMTTY needs to have its own separate setup -
that's why they are run from two separate folders, because MMTTY stores its
configuration data in the same folder as the executable and the two copies
need to have different configurations, hence need to be started from
different folders. If you are using a stereo sound card with the left
channel fed from one radio and the right channel fed from the other radio,
each copy of MMTTY must be configured to use the channel that is used by
its radio; if you are using two sound cards, one for (or in) each radio,
then each copy of MMTTY must be configured for the applicable sound card.
If you are using FSK, each copy of MMTTY must use its own separate serial
port for FSK keying.
