Numerous times I hear the run station ask for a repeat on the call. The other 
station answers with two renditions. Run station got it on the first and sent 
the exchange ,
Doubling and being greeted by dead air.

Think of it as similar to  CQ TEST NS2N  TEST , and everybody answers before 
the second TEST.
