I got that several times too. I was running in a DOS shell within Win98SE. I
found by chance that killing a program called "Winoldap" seemed to clear up the
problem. Your mileage may vary. I would also try booting the machine into DOS
directly and run it there.
BTW, I heard you and tried to call, but you didn't hear me!
