The RAC.DAT file VE5CPU sent me has non-ASCII characters in the file, hex A0 to
be exact. I tried to fix CT to deal with bad characters like that, but I guess
the fix only worked on CT/WIN (I was in a a hurry and didn't test CT/DOS).
Five minutes ago, I typed in a new RAC.DAT and uploaded it to
http://www.k1ea.com/dat/
I also made a new RAC.ZIP and put uploaded it to http://www.k1ea.com/download/
