Are you using WinXp, Win2000, or Win98? With WinXp and maybe Win2000
you make changes to the Icon properties.

My Toshiba laptop with Win98 does this sometimes but when I toggle
it between a window and full screen a few times, it snaps to full
screen.

You might try a different screen resolution.

I've tried all the tricks in the instructions and on the web to get
CT win to full screen. All I can get is 1/2 screen.

I'm open to ideas.
