Please lets move all future questions about Win-Test to the Win-Test
reflector, documented here:

Win-Test *does* produce a similar rate sheet report.  Press Ctrl-F9 to
display the rate graph (same as CT, with more options), then right click to
display the pop-up menu.  Select Band -> All (detailed).  Right click again
and select "Copy as text".  This copies the rate sheet to the Windows
clipboard.  Finally, open a text editor or spreadsheet, and do EDIT, PASTE.

Better yet, use the Cabrillo Statistics program (cbs.exe) which produces a
rate sheet from a Cabrillo file.  It doesn't support all contests, but it
supports the major ones.  I find it easier to use than the tools in
Win-Test.  Download it from:
