Sure.  There's a free one called C2A
It's a CT utility.  It should be under the utilities tab on the K1EA CT website.
Let me know if you can't find it and I'll send you the ZIP file.

I have a bunch of BIN files to convert to ADIF from the 90's.

I did find 1 converter that should work, but at the moment it is payfor
software.  Before I invest in it, is there another method to convert
BIN2ADIF for unknown versions of CT logs?
